At Rajputi Collection, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted jewelry and products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

A return or refund is applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact
  • Clear photos/videos are shared as proof

⚠️ Minor color variations or handcrafted imperfections are natural and not considered defects.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Earrings and personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling

3. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order number, issue details, and images/videos
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared
  5. After inspection, refund/exchange will be processed

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error, shipping will be borne by Rajputi Collection
  • For other approved cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer

6. Exchange Instead of Refund

  • In eligible cases, you may choose an exchange instead of a refund
  • Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after receiving the return

7. Late or Invalid Requests

Items returned without prior approval will not be processed

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
