1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Handmade and customised products may require additional processing time. Any such delay will be communicated to you in advance.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to promotional terms and conditions.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

7. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges (if any) may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • In case of missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims raised after the mentioned timeframes may not be accepted.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

Rajputi Collection shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.


10. Change of Shipping Address

  • Shipping address changes are allowed only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
